Wonderful

Great location near train station and public transport. Super easy to locate taking MRT from Taipei to Beitou. A lot food choices around. My family enjoyed round the corner 葱油饼 store so much that they ate non stop. The attached room hot spring is so relaxing. Like the king size bed and the tatami tea table for friends and family to gather in the room.

The slight smell but suppose cannot be help as it is from the hot spring water. The decor is nice but with a little maintenance will make it better. Basically it is a value for money hotspring hotel

Fantastic and comfortable stay.

Good location, 3min walk from xinbeitou MRT station, comfortable room facilities & have public hotspring. Close to many ramen shops and convenient shops. Walking distance to many tourist attractions.

Was told that the public hotspring is under maintenance every Thursday. Fortunately, I arrive at the hotel on Wed. A note to other tourists if they are only planning to stay 1 night.

The room is a Japanese style bedding-Futon comes with private hot spring bath.

The mattress of the futon too thin and the window is very dusty

Private hot spring in room. 3 mins walk to mrt station with food/shops nearby

Furnishing clearly dated and not very clean. The blinds in the bathroom had dust on it. Breakfast food was too oily

Nice and great location

We like its location. The quality of the hot spring is not the best but still enjoyable. The overall quality of the hotel is great, but some of the facilities seem old.

The wifi on the 9 floor is not stable. The staff is eager to help but it is still unstable from time to time. We heard a constant noise that might come from the machines next to the hotel. If you mind constant noise, it will be a burden.

Hot springs tub nice, otherwise overpriced.

The staff was friendly, especially so at the buffet, and the hot spring tub in the room was very nice. Also most facilities were provided as expected. Breakfast was decent too, it's a mixture of western/asian + their coffee wasn't bad!

The bathroom was moldy, and rusty. I expected a little better for the extremely high price we paid for just 1 night. The hot springs in the hotel SPA are only nude, and therefore gender separated, not exactly perfect for a couple getaway. They didn't mention this on their profile. Internet was slow/disconnected a lot too.

Good break at Beitou

Location and breakfast was decent. The onsen was well maintained.

Check in staff could be more friendly especially the 2 lady staff at front desk. Other staff were excellent and helpful.

Very Good

Hotel is extremely close to Xinbeitou station, very nice staff who accommodated all my requests. Bathtube is nice with real hot spring water. Room was very clean with a nice view on the surrounding mountains.

WiFi wasn't reachable from my room.

It is a value for money stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and public onsen. It is also very conveniently located, less than 5mins walk from the mrt and stores

The service staff at the counter was rather impatient when answering our qns.
